Quite Pleasant & VERY Friendly

Found this QUIET hotel after driving through Hallstadt & Gmunden--both had NO vacancies, overflowing with tourists & weekenders!
We nearly had The Weinberg all to ourselves, probably because it was between towns & not on one of the area likes. Suited us very well. Food & service was great! Room was spacially generous with a large (shared) balcony. With the QUIETNESS, we were finally able to relax & sleep well!

Not a nice smell in the lobby

I stopped here on business for 1 night. As you enter the hotel you're immediatley hit by the smell of cigarettes from the bar which is unpleasant. The room was only 55 euros but the single bed I had was too small. A larger towel would have also been useful as would soap. There is a lot of noise from the main road but my room was at the back so I slept quite well.
The breakfast had a large choice but the warm bacon and sausages were disappointing.

Comfortable and well appointed

Stayed here on a business trip to AVE for two days. Hotel Weinberg is a very comfortable and well appointed hotel. The food is very good and the staff are all friendly and helpful. My room was cosy and pleasant. There bathroom is marble tiled and very clean. There is a nice balcony - shame there has been torrential rain for the last two days.

Bei dieser Reise war ich mit dem Anhänger unterwegs und ich konnte von dem großzügigem Parkangebot profitieren.
Empfang: sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend
Zimmer: geräumig sauber - pico bello!
Frühstück: große Auswahl und eine sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin, sogar die Tageszeitung wurde gereicht! Top!

Gutes Hotel mit tollem Frühstück

Das Hotel ist zentral an der Hauptstraße gelegen. Im Sommer kann man auf einer Terrasse sitzen. Ansonsten sind die Zimmer sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet.
Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich, von Süß über Eier Käse Wurst alles da.
Das Essen soll auch sehr gut sein, habe es nicht versucht.
Zimmer nicht zur Straße buchen, wenn man bei offenem Fenster schläft, da Lärm von der Straße sehr laut.
