A dream holiday in an idyllic setting

A hotel that feels right at home from the first minute. Everything from wellness, massages, relaxation and sports facilities is there.
The food from breakfast, afternoon buffet and dinner is a treat and you taste the regionality and that everyone is there with their hearts.

Not accommodating.

I wanted to cancel or rebook our stay after my wife was injured (that was 11 days before arrival). This was not possible, and we had to pay a cancellation fee of almost €900. They were not willing to be accommodating. They offered us to retroactively take out a cancellation insurance with them. I find this incomprehensible and consider it to be greed.

We always celebrate my wife's birthday with a little holiday.
We have already stayed at another hotel 17 times, this time with you.
Summary of the story:
We booked for next year right back.
A very young but extremely friendly, courteous and sympathetic team.
From our point of view, you are on the right track, especially in this difficult time.

Come back!!!

Monday to Thursday we experienced a relaxing time, staff very friendly from arrival to departure, breakfast, afternoon snack and dinner just a dream, plus a talkative waiter Kevin whom we looked at the joy of work - we are innkeepers!

Pure relaxation and palate at a reasonable price!

We were now allowed to enjoy the wellness and pool area for the second time and the excellent offer in the restaurant! The room was spacious, cozy and thoughtful (e.g. footprints in the bathroom etc.)
