Very nice hotel, with a nice spa! A beautiful spacious and pure room with large balcony!
A nice full breakfast and good dinner! The staff (especially in restaurant and bar), work very hard! Respect!
The hotel is located directly by a ski slope and a 15-minute walk from a smaller, but fun and lively center!

Great hotel and spa.
Booked as a package via crystal ski
Only 40mins from the airport, great location for skiing. The hotel is a short walk to the ski lift. Perfect for beginners and gentle skiers as mainly blues. Lots of nordic skiers
Ski rental and lift passes easily purchased by the lift. Ski lockers expensive but worth it.
Hotel is very clean and well looked after. Staff are helpful and friendly.
We had a double bed in error. Housekeeping were very helpful, especially as im allergic to feather. However, reception charged us €30 per night to move to a twin, adding €120 to the trip.
Breakfast was delightful
We went half board so there was a large selection of cakes and hot soup offered 330 til 430 BUT no hot drinks!? Had to pay for tea or coffee, which I didn't agree with.
Dinner was a little more chaotic/slow. Lovely buffet and starter/soup options. 3 choices of mains but slow and not always hot.
Unimpressed to be charged €2.50 for tap water rather than bottled.
Wine is not included with Half board and the house starts at €27 per bottle.
The waiter tried to upsell our house white dry request. Thankfully, we checked the price before he opened as nearly €60!
The spa is amazing, and why I would come back. We stayed 4 nights and I felt like I'd been on a wellness retreat with some skiing
Loved the quiet rooms to doze and read. There were lots of children but there are adult only areas (with naked sauna guests) too. Robes and slippers in the room. Plenty of towels provided at the spa. Treatments available if pre booked.
The upselling and charging for hot drinks/water stopped this being a 5.
Never had to pay extra for a twin either!

My wife and I had an incredible experience at this resort. The breakfast is amazing. The pool and spa are truly remarkable. Very relaxing.

Fantastic stay at the Krumers Alpin
Recently stayed at this hotel and i must start with how stunning the location is, perfect for Skiing as very close to the Rosshutte and a short walk down hill into town.
We arrived earlier than check in and left our bags with reception as the room wasnt ready and had a walk into town, when we returned we collected our bags and headed to the room which was lovely and clean and lovely view of the moutains.
Room was cleaned daily and a good job was done.
we stayed half board and had breakfast everyday, we didnt dine in the resturant for our evening meal daily though as we chose to head into town and sample the local foods, nothing agaisnt the hotel however the food was a little fancy for our liking.
When not skiing we used the spa which was amazing, massive really and very clean. I was surprised to find an all adult area where everyone just walks about naked lol but it is clearly signposted so you couldnt just wonder in there by mistake.
Me and my partner had our birthdays while away on this trip and it didnt disapoint.
The only negative that i would mention in this review is upon check in no-one gave us any details about the hotel.
We had to do our own research to find the timings of things and the process to follow for breakfast etc.
We didnt know what was included and what wasnt - so with your evening meal water is NOT free. You pay for this at the end of your stay at a much higher price than the supermarkets.
I am new to skiing and we had hired our equipment prior to coming out to get a better deal and im glad i did this - collected it from town on the second day of our stay again though the hotel gave us no information on skiing or passes etc and just pointed us in the right direction when asked, when i challenged this, staff stated that as we hadnt booked a package with them then they couldnt advise which i thought was odd.
Overall though staff were very friendly always making the effort to say hello or morning etc.
We will be returning for next ski season as i now have the bug and will stay here again as the location is perfect and now i know more about the area etc we will be better prepared.

Beautiful hotel
We recently stayed for 6 nights at this beautiful hotel. We had a warm welcome and great service throughout. Our room, whilst not as modern as the public areas, was spacious, cosy and well kept. It had quite a vast balcony with a good view. Cleaning was always excellent. There is a fridge, mini bar and safe. Breakfast was always delightful (7.30-10.30); we like continental style which it was mostly and the tables had wonderful views and plenty of space. You order fresh coffee (cappuccino etc) from your table and Tomasz always ensured we were well looked after, thank you. The spa/pool areas are excellent; during the day it’s very quiet and late afternoon it gets busier but perfectly fine. The outdoor pool at dusk is beautiful!
It’s a pleasant walk into town (10/15 minutes). Taxis can also be easily ordered.
