Exceptional experience
I loved that they offered activities for guests. I was happy to discover that they offered Yoga on Saturday morning! The spa was also very relaxing and I can recommend the massage. Also if you appreciate fine-dining I can absolutely recommend the 9-course menu! Overall I had an amazing experience, highly recommended!

Quality Boutique hotel in great location
This is a fantastic hotel a stone throw away from the main ski lift. They keep high standards which is reflected throughout the hotel. Staff were attentive and friendly and the spa was a delight and never crowded. Our room was lovely and ergonomic. Will definitely come back

Unprofessional, too friendly
.The remark is more business-like. The hotel makes a first-class impression from the outside, but some employees behave unprofessionally; although they see the hotel for the first time, they are overly friendly, which is not amusing. Even the owner is unprofessional

Great building, poor management
UK family who booked 3 rooms with 4 children. One of the rooms was in the stairwell by the lift (room 305) and should not be a guest room given the noise. There is no separate lobby to it. Our family was split up. Beds are extremely low quality giving back ache to all.
The rest of the hotel is excellent.
The biggest issue of our trip was the DJ on NYE. He was very rude to a number of people and his attitude was as bad as his music. Thudding continued throughout the hotel until 3am. No atmosphere. The worst NYE music experience we ever had. The DJ should never have been allowed to be in the hotel and no visible management checking on him.
Many other guests all feeling the same!
Conclusion:
Lack of senior management on NYE and avoid the beds which means stay elsewhere for us next year.

Regarding the New Year’s Eve DJ, musical taste is of course subjective. However, any unprofessional or unfriendly behavior is not acceptable to us and does not reflect our standards. This has been taken seriously and addressed internally with consequences. Unfortunately, we were not made aware of this during the evening, and therefore had no opportunity to intervene at the time.

Charming gem
This beautifully designed hotel was such a delight. Attentive and charming service of every staff in the hotel. Always with a genuine smile and making us feel so welcomed and comfortable. Delicious breakfasts and Michelin level dinners. Cousy atmosphere everywhere. Great steam and sauna rooms! Location was in between 2 gondolas, so fairly easy to get to, within a couple of min. If there was one thing I would change, it is the pillows, that where not very comfy. But I was given as many as I wanted upon request.... My husband, 2 adolescent girls and me, truly enjoyed our 5 night stay. Highly recommend
