The best house in Stainz
The staff or host had great surprise for me on my birthday, Sacher presented tartlets with sparkling candle for breakfast with heartfelt congratulations. We felt very comfortable.

Nice rooms, good food, incomplete service
The hotel management had the focus on a seminar/symposium taking place at the same time and so we were already served as second class guests at check-in. From our booked package we did not receive some services, for which the gentleman apologized at the reception, but the full price was still to be paid. And the waiting times in the restaurant were correspondingly long (1 hour from the order to the first course).

Gran prix
Food is amazing lovely menu to suit all tastes, freshly cooked very tasty, good wine selection.
Buffet breakfast also very enjoyable.
Staff are all very friendly aim to give guests best experience .
Hotel is very clean, gym, pool sitting area very relaxing after a long day
at gran prix in Spielberg.
Highly recommended this hotel I cannot fault it .
