great holiday

The first impact is: waw!!!! The old structure is very nice. The Klary family and the staff always very kind and patient. We had a family room with 2 separate rooms really spacious and comfortable and always very clean. The wellness area is very pleasant relaxation. And finally also the very good food, hearty breakfast both savory and sweet buffet, dinner with the possibility to choose between meat, fish and a vegetarian dish.

Alright

I came on a ski trip. We arrived at the hotel it looked very nice and clean we collected our key and it had a really heavy keyring on it for some reason. We came into our room and it had a foul smell coming from the bathroom and so did my friends room. The wifi didn't work in my room. The beds were also quite hard to get a comfortable nights sleep. We had a set menu for breakfast and dinner and every day it would be salad as a starter with bread which was stale and was from breakfast. There were no labels as to what the food was called. As for the next meal it would either be a soup sort of thing or a beef broth with random stuff in it. On the first day in the restaurant we got given a small cup of water and i asked for another cup and they said i had to pay ,which i was not doing. The breakfast was actually very nice as it had more options and the bread was not stale and it was very nice. The activities held in the afternoon were quite good after a day of skiing. I definitely would not come back here unless all the hotels near disappeared. 100% DO NOT come here.

Much improvement needed

The location is very nice located in the mountains and close to a skiing town. The rooms smelled awful , you can’t choose what you have for dinner as there is only one option every night. In my room , there was a window looking into our shower that people can look through and a door that doesn’t lock. This was in room 210. Overall the experience was bad ; food tasted horrible , room was awful , and the smell of horse manure from a barn 30 seconds down the road gave an unpleasant aroma. Do not go here xx

A great hotel, dinner could really be better.

The location is fine. With the bus that stops almost at the door to the slopes. It's a clean hotel, friendly staff, breakfast is fine but the evening food is really mediocre. An area for improvement is really the cook.

Cancelled Booking

We planned to stay here for a family ski holiday - booking up almost a year in advance. Eight months later we receive an email informing us that our booking has been cancelled - apparently due to an overbooking. This left us in the situation of having booked up transport and stop-over hotels, with no chance of finding suitable alternative accommodation for a ski holiday.
Totally unacceptable!
