An absolute gem! Everything was just exceptionell; the premises, personnel, beds, breakfast. Especially loved, how quiet the room was even though there’s s fairly busy road outside.
A special shout out to the lady who runs the breakfast service, one rarely sees such dedicational service attitude.
We had THE best time staying at this hotel.

Good for Neubau

The staff were friendly and helpful.
If staying at hotel with toddlers or infants beware of the bed header as the edges could cause harm if child falls back on them.
Selection of food is quite limited at the hotel restaurant.
If staying in Neubau, this hotel is a good option.

So dirty ! Incredible how bad it was. And the cleaning was missing things. There was trash and dirt under the bed and in and took all my pfand. So not ok. The cleaning gets a 1 star.

Excellent.

During a two-night stay as part of an organized trip, we really liked the hotel, although it is a bit out of the way, but the subway is very close. Dinner and breakfast were delicious with a wide selection. Great kindness from the staff. Room was large and clean. Super well soundproofed.

Well located and good breakfast

Quiet, good breakfast and only with cleaning on request or every 3 days. Well located near pedestrian street with a lot of commerce and restaurants. Close to public transportation.
