Good luck if you have a problem
We had a problem with the Reservation but the person in charge is dedicated to actively ignoring you, making any form of understanding impossible.
Seeing that they ignored us, after waiting patiently for 1 week, we told them that if they did not respond we would have to write a bad review and their attitude was to get defensive and treat us badly.
