Great concept with low appreciation.

Very central close to U and tram.
Unfortunately, as often happens with such accommodation, guests are the problem.
Kitchen use without leaving this clean. Pots and dishes are blocked. Same in the sanitary areas. Many leave their waste standing and lying.
Spoons and forks are stolen.
Refrigerator not emptied on departure or at least food not marked at leisure.
Waste separation misrepresentation. In 2 minutes public glass and packaging collection containers can be reached.
Great concept, cheap price, daily cleaning, great location,....
Unfortunately, no appreciation from some.

the so-called ‘beautiful apartment’ in the 5th was dirty and unusable

Home1 in 5. District was rip-off. Despite immediate notification of the defects, nothing happened, no one had looked at the apartment. The photos do not correspond to the condition of the apartment, I am still waiting for the refund

Run away so as not to ruin your trip

No respect for customers!!! I had made a reservation paid in advance. I arrive on the day around 5pm, I find the room occupied by other people who explained that it was the manager who asked them to move there because there was a problem of electricity in their room. I call the manager on the num communicated during the reservation I come across the voice mail, I call on another num he does not answer. I send him a message on the booking site he replies me afterwards as if he is not aware of anything and after some exchanges with him and the booking site, he asks me to make the cancellation!!!!! I was forced to look for another accommodation that I paid more for while it was dark and I was exhausted without even apologizing or looking for a solution.
