Almost great

I liked the apartment. It had everything: good location, easy acces to public transportation, good, clean and modern accommodations. I didn’t like that the TV didn’t work. We even called to point out the problem, but there was no reparation. It left us with the thought that there isn’t a real interes to resolve the problem. We were lucky the heat wasn’t the problem

It's easier, I think, to summarize what was fine.. there were freshly put on beds, and the spa worked. Otherwise in an absolutely intolerable condition, starting with worn chairs and beds, broken edge moldings, dingy toilet and plumbing with black mold on the joints, open drill holes on the wall, broken mirror, dust and dirt in the dressers, on the floor, and and and... you can't finish. In any case, I haven't been looking forward to your own four walls, especially your own shower, for a long time.

Bad experience

Lockdown in austria, no more possibilities for touristic purpose… and they refuse to refund, unfair and not profesional at all . Dissapointed. They give a bad image of austrian people!!! Interested more by money than justice

Not bad, not good

Comfortable space, near tram and Metro, in the edge of nice district, safe, good internet, warm water but walls are a bit dirty, nothing to hang your things or the towels!, nowhere to put your suitcase, no wardrobe but only an ikea thing and although it was warm we coudn't set ourselves the heating

Disappointed. If they had offered a normal refund I would have found our stay 'okay'.

Our experience:
Inadequate instructions as to how to find the apartment once you were in the building. After coming in you have to cross a courtyard before getting to the apartment; there is no mention of this in the instructions; I had to telephone to get a better description of how to get in.
There was (wet) washing in the machine left by the cleaners!! We had to hang it out and let it dry.
The television didn't work the whole time we were there.
The doorbells on the street don't have a number of the apartment; this means when you have a visitor on the street they don't know which doorbell to press.
They came into the apartment to change a lamp cap while we were not there and without our permission. This is a privacy infringement!
They offered less than 5% refund; which I think is far too little for all the inconvenience and especially coming into the apartment without our permission!
