Nice cheap hostel with smooth check-in
We only stayed for some hours just for sleeping.
But it was smooth check-in, clean toilets and showers. The room was okay, quite hot. They had a fan there but didn’t reslly help that much.
I would recommend it since it’s cheap and 10 min walk to the trainstation.

LEGALIZED FRAUD
The worst guest experience of my life in this hotel absolutely. I won't remain outside this hostel I booked online on 27th of July. I will remain, instead, for all the nights I reserved online, as well as until the third of July. The staff doesn't work efficiently and, in order to they tried to "convince" me that It Is not possible remain here due to a "bad bug" in my room. The paradoxe is the accomodation switched into another room without any effective explanation! The bad bug is not a problem which should disappear after two o three days. The bad bug is the new bad excuse, It doesn't exist. I mean, it strikes me as nothing more than an excuse to rent out the bed I’ve booked to other people during August. I will remain until 3th August and I Will do the check-out on this date! The staff should be advised. Moreover, the staff don't help you efficiently that are a tourist in a new city and nobody isn't in reception.
They even tried to threaten me into walking 4 km to another facility to get a refund—one I wasn't even sure I’d actually receive. It’s absolutely insane; it’s completely, insane unacceptable. I’m calling the Austrian police immediately. They even tried to threaten me into walking 4 km to another facility to get a refund—one I wasn't even sure I’d actually receive. It’s absolutely insane; it’s unheard of. I’m calling the Austrian police immediately to take action against this establishment for trying to kick me out early.

Cheap option- but confusing sign in system and uncomfortable benches in common area
It is a low cost option in a great location, so that is a big reason to like it.
Two big negatives. First, the remote check in system is confusing and multiple days there were people at the door, desperate to get into their room and unable to figure out how to get access. Need a far more intuitive system with better help support by phone since there really are no staff on site.
Second, given the smallness of the rooms, the common area is crucial and it's really bare bones with hard benches and not particularly comfortable pillows to soften them. Need more comfortable chairs to make it more useful for those staying

Clean and safe
It was really nice that you can literally almost close your bunk bed and have such kind of privacy at a shared bed dorm. Found it clean and it’s very safe with all those codes. Asked twice for a low bunk bed got that confirmation twice and in the end got a upper bed…

Good hostel
Hostel well located next to the line 1 metro station and the train that comes from Wien Hauptbahnhof airport. Online check-in, access to facilities and even your bed by codes. Good mattress, clean bed linen. Socket and light in bed. The downside is that there is no closet in the room. Clean bathroom with anteroom with hooks and sink.
