Don’t be worried from the slightly smoky smell in the reception. The room was spotless clean and smelled good. We felt at home straight away. Bed comfy, great aircon and great location. Would stay again 100%

Poor customer service

We stayed on two separate occasions. Our first visit was pleasant however having a see through door to the bathroom was not something I would have expected in a family room especially if you have teenage children with you who want more privacy. Our second visit was less pleasant both visits were during an exceptionally hot June. We went to our room to find the AC not working, an awful smell in the bathroom and no shower gel. Spoke to two members of staff one who was incredibly patronising and the other didn’t care.

Elevator is smaller for such a prestigious hotel and the air conditioning was not as efficient to cover all corners.

Hotel in a convenient location to visit Vienna.

Great hotel and location

Just a few minutes by subway from Vienna old town this was the perfect location in which to stay in Vienna.
The room with twin beds was large and the beds seemed new and were very comfortable.min fact the whole hotel seem recently built or renovated and we slept well.
Just two block to the subway and shopping street of Spittelberg with restaurants, shops and a large pedestrian mall.
