I like it

the hotel is not expensive, but cozy. Very nice staff, friendly. The hotel has a good bar. Nearby are Schönbrunn Park and the zoo. comfortable mattress. You can ask for a larger room and leave your things after checking out from the hotel. My room was ready and I was allowed to check in until 14.00. there is no elevator, but that doesn't matter. There is a hairdryer and shower gel in the room. You can ask for a free iron. the price corresponds to the quality.

Lousy dump.

The entrance is open day and night, the TV and WiFi don't work, the rooms aren't cleaned and no fresh towels are provided. Very loud: busy road in front, right next to the Westbahn line at the back. No service, no communication, complaints are ignored.

Séjour agréable

L’hôtel california est plutôt bien situé pour visiter Vienne. Il est à 10 minutes du château de Schonbrunn et à 25 minutes environ du centre de vienne où les monuments sont à voir. Le tramway est en bas de l’hôtel. Il y a un supermarché juste en face et des restaurants pas loin.
L’accueil était plutôt correct mais sans plus … j’ai eu ma chambre après 14h et j’ai effectuer ma sortie à 12h. J’ai demandé à pouvoir sortir un peu plus tard car mon vol était en soirée mais cela m’a été refusé c’est dommage mais compréhensible. La chambre était très propre ainsi que les WC mais durant mon séjour de 4 nuits les poubelles n’ont pas été vidés et personne n’est passé pour le nettoyage. J’ai trouvé cela étonnant ma poubelle a fini par déborder ce qui me gênait beaucoup. Les murs ne doivent pas être insonorisés car j’entendais les autres chambres d’à côté et les gens qui descendait les escaliers (comme des bruts surtout la nuit). Je me suis réveillé à plusieurs reprise la nuit à cause des voix et bruits d’escaliers. Il y avait une voie ferré en face de ma chambre et j’entendais également le train la nuit mais celui-ci me gênait moins que le son des voisins de chambre.
Finalement j’ai passé un bon séjour.

Oggi Dopo una prenotazione con booking,confermata e pagata in anticipo,euro 63,recatici Sul posto non ci hanno dato la stanza prenotata perche' l'Hotel era pieno,e nemmeno Il rimborso, bella fregatura !!!!!.
