My stay here was awesome.
I came from America and the staff was very helpful when I asked questions about where to go to enjoy the city.
They also pointed out some places where to eat local food without me even asking.
I would stay here again!

Not a pleasant experience

We had a rather bad experience at the Mocca Hotel . Really bad customer service , receptionist lacking of any social skills , very unhelpful and rude .
Bedrooms without fridge, slippers or air conditioning. The pillows were so thin that I had to use a folded duvet to be a bit upright and the single mattress was too thin too .
Honestly I wouldn’t recommend it , it will make your stay in Vienna miserable .

Room was clean. Breakfast was good, good choice at the beeakfast bar. Was quiet as well.

Room had a terrible smell and some slight cleanliness issues. Staff were super friendly, and gave me some room spray, but still did not go away.
