The hotel manager attitude to this exceptional situation was extremely inconsiderate & unthoughtful

2 days before by scheduled stay the war with Iran started and my flight got canceled. I've asked the hotel to consider the unusual circumstances, make an exception and provide a refund for my advanced payment. The property refused, saying it's against their regulations.....

The hotel and bedroom clean. All the staff helpfull and polite. Good breakfast every morning . Hotel next to underground station. Nice touch for new years eve left a bottle of champagne in the bedroom. Would stay again.

"Spread" hotel on two floors of an ancient palace in the center of Vienna near the museums. The location is great. Small bathroom although shower was ok. Very vintage furniture that makes the room at first glance not pleasant. Old furniture and fridge detached. There is no air conditioning. Difficulty in keeping the right temperature in the room. The door locking system didn't convince me at all and I felt unsafe in the room. I would definitely stay there again but I hope they improve these details that I marked.
Old furniture and fridge detached without any soft drinks or water. Door opening system with a single key that does not make the living room very safe. Entrance to the building not very clean. No parking, be prepared to pay a minimum of 40 euros per day for your car.
