Terrible

We spent one night in this hotel. Our room had a window facing a busy street, and the noise made it impossible to rest. The air conditioning did not work, and the heat was unbearable. There is no TV, no nightstand next to the bed. There are no outlets near the bed. There is no bedside lamp. Room with dirty carpet. The walls of the room are dirty. The padded headboards are full of dust. The pillows are small and uncomfortable, filled with pieces of foam. The hotel is in front of the Gumpendorfer Strabe metro stop; I have never seen a more degraded metro stop! The smell of urine everywhere, and full of drug addicts and alcoholics. Definitely a neighborhood to avoid.

Stay away!
We got a room that did not match the bookings at all. It was a very little room, no place to store the cloth, the bathroom was on a very cold floor and shower head could not be placed on the wall because the system for it was broken. Only one bed lamp for reading and this was so wobbly that I could break totally.
Complain about the standard of the room does not help “because we a fully booked”
The pictures on the hotel webpage do not show what you get.

Fantastic property, sad we had it for just a night but was definitely worth the stay. A bit loud with the location and hot with the summer, but is extremely close to everything.
