Great stay to catch up with friends in Vienna.

Great value for a comfortable, quiet, well maintained hotel near the main train station in Vienna. Very helpful staff - and great to have complementary laundry facilities.

Excellent customer service from Basem

Downstairs in the bar Basem was just the best. He looked after us very well. Is friendly, very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. He is the type of person you need in an establishment like this.

We had booked two basic rooms for two nights. These have mechanical shades for very huge sky light like windows. The shades controls were not working. We called the reception and were told there was no one available to fix. We could hardly sleep the first night with broad daylight early morning. The next day one of our rooms was upgraded to a better room with regular shades.

The hotel is close to the train station but not downtown. The staff are polite but the beds are way too soft.
Breakfast is quite good and the restaurant is also good and not too expensive.

Love this hotel. Very convenient for the main train station (yet still in a safe quiet area). Excellent bar open late. Check-in really good - I arrived after midnight with no issues. Spacious and functional rooms, with reliable house keeping. Good WiFi. Safe reliable bag storage.
