Never again KH Apartment Stephansplatz

We stayed at KH Apartments Stephansplatz, which has a central location, but the second shower was cramped—there was barely enough room to open the shower door. Everything was fine until we needed a refund after the boiler stopped working.
Just two nights into our five-night stay, the boiler broke. We were offered another accommodation 15 km outside the city or a refund. We chose the refund as we had paid to be in the city centre but we are still waiting for it three months later. Both Booking.com and KH Apartments Stephansplatz have been unhelpful, and we are still owed over €700. I would never use Booking.com again, as the refund process is incredibly frustrating.

The property is not at the location listed on Expedia and we had to contact the property through the cleaning staff to find the correct address which took about an hour. The actual hotel itself is nice, but the process to get there was not great. If the address is corrected on the site or if the address is clearly provided in the check-in instructions, I would highly recommend this hotel.

KH Apartments was excellent, from the booking to leaving, everything was superb. The apartments are an excellent location, you can walk to everywhere within central Vienna from here. They were very clean and comfortable and had everything you needed.

This place looked literally nothing like the pictures on Expedia. It was tiny, the furniture was really old and the couch countertops, etc were old. It was decently convenient, but my room at least was not at all what we were seeing online.
