Worst Hotel Ever

Our rooms were not serviced in the 3 nights we stayed there, used towels were taken away but not replaced and reception was very unhelpful when we asked about it. There was no telephone or tea and coffee facilities in our rooms and the air conditioning was a clunky and very noisy portable machine which did nothing to reduce the temperature. The walls in the room were stained and dirty as was the carpet. The advertised riverside cafe did not exist and the 24 hour bar had no staff except for the sole receptionist who was always busy doing something else and when you finally did get someone to serve it turned out you could only have gin or vodka! I find it very difficult say anything good about this hotel and I certainly would not recommend it or stay there again. WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN.

We booked a room facing backyard, but got a room facing the tram line. It was possible to sleep only between 1 and 5 am. There was no airconditioner in the room, and very hot inside, so it was necessary to have the window open. As a consequence, 5 sleepless nights.

One of the worst hotels I have ever experienced. There was an older man at the reception who was very unfriendly, had no patience, worked very slowly, and seemed constantly irritated.
The room had an unpleasant smell. The chairs in the breakfast area were very worn out and uncomfortable. The breakfast itself was low quality. Even the curtains in the lobby were hanging loose and looked damaged, which was unpleasant to see.
The parking system was also inconvenient and frustrating.
I would never want to stay at this hotel again.
