Good hotel near Schönbrunn Palace
We stayed as a family with a dog in the hotel. The rooms were clean and equipped with everything one needs. When you open the windows, it was very loud since our rooms faced the street, but it is not necessary as the rooms are equipped with air conditioning. The dog was free. The parking garage below the hotel costs €22 per day. We would come back again.

Gone downhill, prioritise Tour Groups they get all the best rooms.
Since becoming a Leonardo from a Star Inn its concentrating and giving priority to Coach Tours. They come and go every day and are given all the best rooms. If like me you have been going for many years, dont expect the service and help you used to get. At check in they didnt even know I was a regular guest when she asked "Is this your first time?" (Have stayed there over 20 x in past years)
I prefer a specific floor at the rear but last two times its been obvious that these rooms are reserved specifically for Tour Groups.
The rooms are a reasonable size and have very firm beds, rather bland, no character but it is very clean. I'd say okay for a couple of nights but gets boring after that. Right opposite a U Bahn station can get into centre in 15 mins. (The Viennese restaurant close by is best avoided, unfriendly service and expensive food). I don't think I'll be staying here again sadly.

Great hotel
We have been visiting this hotel since it was the Star. It is always welcoming, rooms spotless, great breakfast and friendly staff. Its position is perfect, U bahn over the road, Schonnbrunn in walking distance, ideal location, even a Spar next door for any forgotten items. Would recommend to everyone. Was here at Christmas with our daughter and two grandsons, one of whom said this place is the best! We will be back!

Nice hotel with good location close to metro. Bit noisi with street room. Good breakfast but place was not good ventilated,
