Nice Hotel

This is a really nice, relatively new hotel in a nice safe neighbourhood that is convenient to bars, restaurants, shops and in easy walking distance of the main attractions. It was clean, the rooms were a good size. The bed was a bit creaky for a new establishment and the pillows were a bit hard for me. Blackout blinds were okay and the room was really quiet. There was a nice coffee machine and there was also oat milk which I was very happy about. The shower and the bathroom were lovely. Also there was a nice friendly welcome at reception and the staff were very helpful and they gave us a welcome drink on arrival with was a very nice touch.

Highly recommended.

Very nice cozy hotel, still smelling like new.
Beautiful well designed room, high quality linens, excellent shower, comfortable bed, good breakfast. They also provided me gluten free delicious warm bread for breakfast. Easy location very close to the museums quarter. Friendly staff.

Pleasant stay!

Hotel located right next to the city center and very close to the Museum district in a quiet area on a pedestrian alley with nice shops and studios and with a wide choice of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Moreover, the hotel has the "Poco" restaurant/pizzeria which we did not try but which we could notice was busy. Young but very professional and welcoming staff. Comfortable room on the top floor with a view of the city, clean and equipped with a kettle for tea and herbal teas and an espresso coffee machine that we really appreciated. Bathroom with a large shower. Comfortable mattress but noisy bed. Breakfast with a wide choice of sweet and savory options. I would like to suggest improving the quality of the cold cuts. Upon arrival, a sum is blocked on the credit card as a deposit/security deposit from which any expenses for the use of the minibar will be deducted. Having not used the service in question, I received the release of the entire sum on the evening of the check-out day. Recommended hotel for its good level of standards and for its excellent location. Thanks to the entire staff.

Fantastic experience. Highly recommended.

Magnificent hotel in the center of Vienna, very comfortable rooms; we chose one with wonderful views, with very good details. The breakfast was very good, one of the best omelets I have ever eaten. The location is excellent, very close to the subway and a stone's throw from the monumental area; furthermore, there are several good places to eat in the surrounding area. The hotel staff was very attentive; I would like to highlight Emilio, who was a great help with our arrival and his recommendations (also in Spanish). I also want to highlight that we had dinner at the hotel's pizzeria, delicious Neapolitan-style pizzas. 100% recommended.
