Great service and helpful personnel. Breakfast was very good and varied with hot and cold dishes and pastries. A great vegan restaurant close by I would recommend, we're not even vegans.

1. Staff
Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. However, one gentleman working at the breakfast buffet seemed impatient and nervous whenever we asked for assistance.
2. Breakfast
The breakfast could be improved and did not meet the standard expected of a 4-star hotel. When we arrived at around 9:30 a.m., several buffet items were empty. The staff member at the buffet refused to refill them, so we had to ask another employee for assistance.
3. Location
The hotel is quite far from the city center. It takes at least 45 minutes by public transport to reach the center.
4. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

Good big comfy bed. Big nice room. AC not super efficient. Nice Sauna-spa. Need to inform about cleaning before 6am which was a bit strange. The fridge needs to be turned on by me (the customer) because of environmental reasons (sighs). A bit outside of the city centre. Nevertheless, overall ok place. Yes I would stay here again.

Reception staff extremely helpful and welcoming. Hotel has everything you need and was very spacious in the room.
Gym and sauna was a lovely suprise . Both empty during my stay. Gym could do with water facilities.
Fast food restaurants (all of your favourite brands) and supermarkets within 6 minutes walking distance.
Shower was the only downside as it was crazy awkward to get in as a fit person.
I would say to consider the journey to the airport as there are a few options which are either expensive ([40+ euros ]one way ) or affordable and awkward ([15 euros ]taxi to Meidling station and the OBB Train the airport).

My expedia confirmation said checkout was 12, but on arrival the hotel said it was 11. I told the front desk this, but they didn't seem bothered and just said it was wrong on Expedia. It was a bit annoying as we had planned our onward trains based on midday checkout. The room was nice, and we enjoyed the sauna in the gym. It is at least 30mins by bus from the main tourist areas, but we knew this when booking. The big issue was that the lifts were broken for most of our stay. It was annoying to walk up 4 flights of stairs, however the main issue was the entrance to these stairs were outside. They propped the door open and so anyone on the street could have wandered onto the guest floors. They should have had a staff member there checking people had room cards to come in. Very unsafe. I also feel like they should have made an effort to apologise to guests (maybe offer a free drink? Or at least a message under the door). All they did was put a sign on the lifts. Another issue was the cleaners took all our towels away and didn't replace them. No one from reception answers the phone ever (we tried on several days for different reasons, and no one ever answered), so we had to go back up and down 3 flights of stairs to get towels from the gym. Also we had spiders in our bathroom despite being on the fourth floor, which we think is because there is a big gap under the sink which hasn't been blocked off.
