Como en casa
Apartamento de un dormitorio sencillo y funcional con todo tipo de equipamientos para sentirse como en casa.
Cama muy cómoda. Dormitorio amplio y silencioso . Tiene también un sofa- cama.
La información recibida por parte del gerente Robert ha sido muy útil y precisa. Fácil check-in y check out.
Al tratarse de un apartamento reformado situado en un edificio antiguo con muros gruesos no hemos pasado calor. Ni tampoco hemos percibido ningún tipo de ruido. Está a unos 15 minutos andando del Beldevere y está rodeado de tiendas, restaurantes, farmacias... Se puede ir andando al centro en media hora aunque la zona está muy bien abastecida de transporte público.
Hemos visto que tiene calefacción para los inviernos fríos de Viena. No tiene ascensor
Lo recomiendo sin ninguna duda.

Bad experience
Negative experience. Apartment with cracks in the walls, in an old building on the third floor without elevator. Sheets and towels spoiled, smelly and stained. In the kitchen dirty dishes. Dust everywhere. Of two windows, one does not open. Unstable and broken chairs.

Very bad experience
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I would recommend to those considering booking this property. I booked it through a famous booking site from November 18 to November 23, 2024.
Upon arrival at the structure, a very old and run-down building, three floors walk without elevator, doors of the apartment not armored but a normal door with obvious holes, I found a dirty environment, hygienically inadequate, dirty mattress with many stains of I do not know what even dried blood, sheets that smelled of sweat and dirty and dirty blanket. I found three/four pairs of used and dirty slippers abandoned in the corner of a piece of furniture. I found a kitchen stained with grease, a coffee table with fingers and dirt. I contacted the phone number indicated in the reservation but repeated phone calls never answered anyone. I left the property the same day because even the customer support of the booking site did not respond. The same night we were hosted by an acquaintance from Vienna and the next morning I had to book a hotel because I had no alternative. The owner of the property shows up at 10:37 pm the same day by text saying he was sorry and if we wanted a cleaning lady. It seemed like a grip for the bottoms!!!!!!!!! We needed a cleaning crew for disinfection and sanitization, not a cleaning lady. Not to mention replacing the mattress that really was in a vomitous condition: something never seen.
I told him we left the keys in the little combination box and asked for compensation for what we paid. He hasn't shown up since. He did not reply to any of our messages and only replied to a message sent by the customer service of the famous booking site. He basically replied that if we wanted to cancel the reservation he could only grant half the penalty. PENALTY?????? Through the customer service contacted several times (proved very deficient as customer assistance) the booking was cancelled but I had to pay the penalty. An authorized scam????
I highly recommend not to contact this property. At your own risk.

Waste of money and terrible communication
The apartment was really cold the day we arrived.There was no heating and they had provided only a small blanket for each person. I had to put on my hiking outfit to be able to sleep. Not to mention the interior details of the apartment. All the possible colors with no taste at all. I would never call this place “premium”!
I have been trying to reach the property but they are just ignoring me.
