The living and bed rooms are clean. This toilet is also clean but has no mirror. The bathroom is clean and has a mirror. There is a good-sized refrigerator but no pressing iron and ironing board. When these items were requested, they provided a good-sized ironing board and the smallest-sized pressing iron that looks like a toy for little kids.
They charged a terrorism fee that was not included in their website. No wonder they demanded our US passports at the check-in.
They have friendly staff, who are always willing to make us comfortable and feel at home.

The restaurant and breakfast was tasty, and the customer service was super friendly. The rooms themselves were quite nice.

It is a nice hotel. The room is large and the light in the room is sufficient. It is also a restaurant downstairs and the food is very delicious. The staff there are all very friendly and helpful.

Room was very clean, i expect a mini fridge in room as it was hot and one might wanna put water or drinks in it also the parking is limited, you have to remove your car before 9am. Rest is good

We had a lovely stay at the Stasta this August. Incredibly clean and really friendly staff. The room was ideal for me and my two teenage daughters as we were visiting family in Vienna. A couple of points to be aware of; the shower is open plan. Also the air conditioning unit is really noisy so we had to turn it off during the night. Meals and drinks in the evening are very expensive. Other that those few points it was perfect. Loved the breakfasts too which were included in the price. Free WiFi. The train stations and buses are just down the road and amazing travel all over ru city. There is also a fab open pool near by just a few bus stops away. All so convenient. Love it! Thank you Stasta!
