A case for the health department
"Dear Mr. Hocher and Mr. Slomo,
on Friday, 10/31/25 at 11:17 AM, I called one of you from the rented apartment.
As requested on the sign, I had informed you about the abundant defects. You had promised me a significant partial refund of the rent paid. Unfortunately, this has not reached us.
Here is the list of defects again:
Kitchen faucet comes off its hinges when you open the single-lever handle.
Bathroom sink: Brown dirt ring at the drain.
Bathroom/shower tile grout dirty.
Shower silicone joints covered in black mold.
Shower curtain with mildew stains.
Bedroom: To get to the left side of the bed, you have to squeeze through a 15 cm gap between the bed and the wall.
Bedroom: (Half-torn-off) curtain rod prevents the window from opening.
Black bedside tables in the bedroom and living room "rotate....."

"On Friday, 31 November 2025, at 11:17 a.m., I called one of you from the rented flat.
As requested on the sign, I informed you of the numerous defects. You promised me a significant partial refund of the rent paid. Unfortunately, we have not received this.
Here is a list of the defects again:
The mixer tap in the kitchen lifts off its hinges when the single lever is opened.
Bathroom sink: Brown dirt rim around the drain.
Tile joints in the bathroom/shower are dirty.
Silicone joints in the shower are black with mould.
Shower curtain with mould stains.
Bedroom: To get to the left side of the bed, you have to squeeze through a 15 cm gap between the bed and the wall.
Bedroom: (Half-torn) curtain rod prevents the window from opening.
Black order tables in the bedroom and living room ‘rotate’.
.... two mail, two phoncalls - nothing happend. When I called, the two men didn't even give their names!
