Clear recommendation
A wonderful, family-run hotel with genuine hospitality and an exceptionally warm team. The modern, high-quality furnishings follow a clear, minimalist line and fit wonderfully with the character of the house.
We also particularly liked the beautiful sauna area, the lovingly landscaped natural swimming pond, and the ideal location for convertible tours through the magnificent surroundings. The fact that we were even able to extend our stay by one night in the same room rounded off the trip perfectly.
We had a wonderful time all around and say a heartfelt thank you. Highly recommended!

Nice relaxing vacation

Super family-run hotel. No wishes we had remained unfulfilled. Swimming pond with enough lounge chairs. Parking spaces, single room very spacious and modernly furnished.
Breakfast as well as dinner very delicious.
You feel very comfortable in the whole hotel. The entire staff is very friendly.

A great hotel with service that is second to none!

Super nice owners and staff, food, hotel, room 4star level.On requests of guests will be taken care of immediately.Is our new parent hotel

Family suite? Not acceptable.

Our stay at the Heigenhauser was a bit disappointing about our room, booked was a not cheap family suite with beautifully advertised cut on the website, 3D tour and modern bathroom. Unfortunately, two double bedrooms with a very old bathroom as connecting room, no living room or anteroom were found. Stroller and baby cot unfortunately did not fit in a room.
When asked if we can use the sauna after 4 days of rain possibly without children after 7 pm, it was denied due to the electricity costs, also not for a fee.
Mood in the restaurant and terrace was great, service staff also ok, sometimes a bit family unfriendly.
Pool we were not, location directly at the restaurant not optimal.

Very good

Nice modern renovated hotel, beautiful design. Good bed, nice modern bathroom. Excellent breakfast, dinner was varied. Extensive salad bar. Friendly service and friendly staff.
