Every time again

We've been here five days. Have half board with excellent food every day. In our room 2211 we hear the Apre umbrella bar nearby in the evening but I think this is part of it .When sleeping it is quiet . Everything is within walking distance. We can highly recommend everything.

I recommend this hotel for its value, location and cleanliness. The room was small but very functional and the bed was super comfy. I could walk to the Areit lift. Remember this hotel is not in Zell but in Schutthof which is a few KM away but very accessible. Also it is super close to the station to get to Zell am See A few tips: The check in is next door- the Latini so if you arrive late you need to go 2 doors down. Special compliment to the staff - I left a pair of sunglasses in the common areas and Ursula and the staff were fantastic in organizing them to be sent home- a huge thank you to them. All in a all a wonderful and beautiful part of the world and a great value place to stay!

* no plug next to the bed so phone charging has to be elsewhere
* showers cannot be hot, but hot
* showers are sometimes cold
* small bathroom
* curtains allow plenty of light to pass through
* bad pillows
* 2 separate mattresses
* check-in and check-out at other hotel
* you can hear the apresski in your room
* plates are removed quickly
* car parking can be further away

Fine hotel good room wonderful wellness good variety menu
Minus point As soon as you put down your cutlery, your plate was already gone so annoying.
And for all reception operations you have to go to the hotel next door

Nice, clean hotel with great connections to Zell am See city and Kaprun by bus. I loved the view from my window, but I must warn you about the church across the street: it is loud. 😂 The bells ring 4 times an hour, from 7AM to 9PM. So if you like to sleep late, maybe don’t stay in a room facing the church.
Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend. The breakfast is served right next door in hotel Latini, and it was delicious and lots to choose from.
