The staff are very helpful. I wish I knew about the 5 th floor pool and bar before my last day. The food and drinks on the 5 th floor were great! Don’t eat at Hemmingway Restaurant. They served rubbery Mahi. My husband sent it back with no improvement. They proceeded to lecture us that we didn’t know Mahi. No offer for another dish or take anything off the bill. Worst service and customer service ever. All of the other restaurants were very good. I did book a partial ocean view with a king bed but none available so ended up with marina view and 2 queen beds for our anniversary get away. Not what I planned but we made it work. Very relaxing getaway.

Very nice resort. But all staff is rude and care nothing about the guest due to 20% tips no matter their service. Poor service.

The AC in one of our rooms didn’t work. We called 3 times and they sent someone to fix it and they said they would control it from downstairs. They didn’t do anything and the AC was never fixed. They are extremely lazy and don’t like working. Don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Overall, it’s a pretty good resort. Unfortunately the staff was not very helpful. We did not receive our complementary welcome drink and when we asked about it, everyone seemed confused and said they don’t know if they are giving them out. We had to wait until after 6 PM for our room to be available, as well, we did see other people get their room keys much earlier. The restaurants on site weren’t the best we did like the restaurant in the casino.
The Bellman was very helpful with our luggage, as well as Jahnell at the front desk and the gentleman called big papa.
Overall decent experience.

This hotel has amazing potential if the owners just kept the place up. Decor was the same as it was 7 years ago. Hallway carpet needs replaced, trim dusted etc. The rooms are very nice but our entry door was haggard. Our keys didn't work so had to go all the way back to the front desk, quite a trek. Wanted to do a swim on rooftop bar after dinner about 9:30. It was closed sadly. Dinner was very good at Tides! Wait staff was excellent!
