Comfort place away from home.

"I had a really nice stay at this hotel. I especially appreciated the security measures there's an elevator with restricted access and a separate elevator just for guests, so you don't have to worry about ending up with any disruptive people.
The housekeeping team was wonderful. Amir and Mamoun were very helpful and easy to talk to, and honestly, all the staff were great (apologies for forgetting everyone else's names). The housekeeping supervisor also deserves a shoutout for always welcoming me with a smile.
The rooms are spotless, particularly the bed sheets no musty or old smells at all. I've stayed in other hotels under the same company for a long time, so I can genuinely say the management here pays great attention to detail. Even the toilet was clean right down to the smallest corner. Service was excellent across the board, from the concierge to the receptionists to the security team.
Nearby activities? Plenty food spots, a mall, spas, and salons are all close by.
Safety is clearly a priority, with the secure elevator setup.
As for food and drinks: the offerings are acceptable, but their beef nachos are cheap and quickly became my favorite (lol).
Overall, this hotel has become my new comfort place away from home."

Overall excellent

Rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff’s attitude was very good, and the overall stay was pleasant.

Hotel is just average, basic. It’s an older property and the rooms and overall condition shows. Bathrooms are average for cleanliness. A few nights and bar inside making it very noisy, especially when the venues close. Parking is also a challenge.
