Wonderful Family-Friendly Hotel Exceptional Service for Kids!

Great family-friendly stay! The environment was lovely, and the rooms were spotless and well-kept. It’s in a super convenient location right near the main road, with plenty of shops and food options like KFC just steps away.
​What really made the experience special was the staff—they were amazingly helpful and went above and beyond for our family. They took great care of my baby, played with the kids, and even gave them little gifts! Truly warm and welcoming hospitality.

Excellent if you compare the location and cost!!

The area is very close to main roads and big shopping malls. Attractive foods you can test around. Hotel looks very clean and well managed.

Peace of mind for traveling alone

Safe, clean and close to the airport, there is also a great Chinese restaurant next to the hotel, really sweet for Chinese girls travelling alone! The staff were also very welcoming and made me feel at home.

A very pleasant experience

I recently visited Crystal Heritage Inn, Uttara, and had a very pleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, the bell boy greeted me warmly, and I noticed that the lobby was very clean and well maintained.
I also enjoyed tea at the coffee shop, and the tea was excellent. The staff were very polite, friendly, and professional. When I was leaving, the front office team and bell boy gave me a warm see-off, which was a nice touch.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Crystal Heritage Inn. The hospitality and staff behaviour really impressed me. I would definitely recommend this hotel and wish the team all the best.
