The perfect place
We visited Minsk, in the NG, chose a hotel in the old town, /what we try to do, because we like to walk and for as long as possible:. I can tell you the hotel is very peculiar, in a good way. Cozy, chambered, very beautiful and insane smell of purity/ for me it is very important/. My husband was delighted with the cuisine, I'm a simple man, but knowing my other half, I trust him/have visited several Michelin-starred restaurants, and especially in Europe/, I say -not wow at all, but here, very beautifully deliciously stylish organically!!!!! Thank you very much!!!! I read about the chef, but I don't remember my head full of work

Unfortunately, the hotel is not the same.
It's the fifth or sixth time we've stayed at this hotel, always loved being here, but I'm sorry to say that the service has dropped.
The artificial liveliness of the reception at check-in and the careless indifference of the maid and waitresses, the lack of soap in the room on the sink, had to be asked to report and the girl at the reception was clearly confused, which of course surprised.
About food: obscure coffee at breakfasts with a very cool coffee machine and waiting half an hour for those same breakfasts, despite the fact that they are ordered the day before by a certain time according to the hotel's own rules. It's hard to ruin oatmeal, but somehow they did, or maybe it was some kind of the day before yesterday, grey thick as clay in lumps, juice from a bag, which would be understandable in a hotel of another price category, but not here, and as a crowning ointment of everything: my husband was served bread with mold flavor for breakfast, which is generally outrageous, but we already checked out and didn't say anything.
The rooms are tiny, we knew that, but it's a pity that we, as regulars, didn't get a room upgrade, although I see from the reviews that they're practicing, and yes, as they said earlier, the staff on the floor don't say hello, but come on.

We visited you from June 11th to June 13th, 2026.
Hotel super!!!
They walked from the station, 15 minutes slow. It all starts with hospitality. We arrived early, we were welcomed, we left our things and went for a walk around town. And a few hours later, we got a call that the number was ready. The room was complimented by the hotel, wished my wife a happy birthday, was very nice and delicious...
The hotel is small but very clean, beautiful interior, building with history. The room has a very wide bed. It's very clean. Nice numbers. Everything you need to eat. It's all top class. The staff are very friendly, attentive.
A restaurant is a separate story. The kitchen is authored, everything is delicious. The chef is a professional of the highest quality. Thank you for the amazing dishes and especially for the appetizer, olives and olives specially prepared. Fancy cheese makers, drankies. Very beautiful serving.
Breakfast choices can be made in advance.
Guests are treated at the highest level.
Special thanks to Veronica for the wonderful dinner on my wife's birthday and to Angelina for her attention and concern.
Moved into a small room before we left and it had a vintage record player with vinyl records... Lovely! Listen, enjoy and say thank you to all hotel staff for their hospitality!!!
