Very nice hotel and we return when the prices are somewhat lower or we have a promotion code
Pro: Clean, neat, fine all in experience, helpful desk. Great airco. Very nice location just in the city.
Contra: blankets not the size for the bed ! Just a little piece of soap. Toilet in the room. Prices are a bit to high.

Brilliant experience - definitely will be back!
Brilliant hotel! Ideal location as it’s only 2mins walks from Antwerp Central station. Room was clean and cosy with loads of storage! Reception area is comfortable and cosy with a self service snacks and drinks station. The staff was so accommodating and kind. We visited during a bank holiday weekend and our room remained at a reasonable price. We will definitely be back!

Pay attention to payment via visa with online booking directly with A stay
Booked for 169.65€ and deducted from the visa card 193.40€...
Difference of 23.75€... reported with proofs of booking and account statement visas but so far no reply.
The tourist tax about 10€ paid locally.
So would say pay attention.
Nice and neat room. Breakfast also everything you want but you must sit at tables with several there of too few tables of 4...

Great location
Excellent location where it is located, a short walk from the station in the diamond district.The only staff we saw was the reception , friendly and helpful.The rooms are quite spacious, good quality of beds, the room is "made" every three days .The breakfast we did not do because we found the price disproportionate and high, there are nearby premises that offer a great breakfast at half price. The parking lot was busy but there are many parking lots nearby for less , we parked for 25 € per day.Medium to high prices for a three star hotel , but in the period prices were high everywhere.

Correct, but not top...
An affordable hotel near the station. Located next to the swankier NH hotel – slightly deeper, slightly strange access (were wrong first) –
The hotel has some hostel vibes. The check-in does not run as smoothly, rather stiff and slow. Only in English. The rooms are correct, not large, but was neat. We couldn't get the air conditioning properly regulated and was really too hot in the room. No coffee facilities, but a bottle of water. The breakfast was adequately varied and tasty, no more. No big breakfast room and can be busy. The coffee machine was shut down promptly 10am and paid from then on. I just wanted another cup at the end of breakfast, but was just too late. You are also expected to clear your table yourself (but it was so crowded at the dishes, it was almost embarrassing). We could leave our luggage in lockers so we could go shopping for another day after checking out. In itself not a really bad experience, and correct value for money but don't think I would book it again. Would give it a 3.5...
