The hotel's location was good. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean. However, the reception floor had a bad smell, and because there was no air conditioning in the rooms, it was very hot. If you're traveling in the summer, it's a good idea to keep this in mind.

Good location for transit by public transport

Fine, for 18 euros you can't expect more. Creep away from the station so ideal for a night when you are passing through.

I had reserved another hotel, but hotels.com changed our reservation and send us to this hotel/hostel. The location is very convenient, but the hotel has no AC, so the windows had to stay opened during our stay, and the region is very noisy, so it was very difficult to sleep

Good choice

Very good location right by the main train station. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Check-in was totally uncomplicated. The room was surprisingly large for the price, and both the room and bathroom were clean, so everything was okay. Good Wi-Fi and it was not noisy despite the central location. However, it takes about 15 to 20 minutes to walk to attractions like the "Grote Markt." Parking is only possible in one of the expensive parking garages in the area.

Terrible

If you have always wanted to try surprise rooms, you are in the right place.
The organization was a complete disaster. The staff apparently did not even know which rooms were occupied. We received key cards multiple times for rooms that were already occupied. It felt like an escape room – only that the surprise each time was a stranger in the room.
The building has 10 floors and no elevator. Anyone who wanted to skip leg day was unfortunately out of luck here. With a suitcase, this is particularly "fun."
The hostel itself is extremely run-down and seems as if only the bare minimum has been done for years. Overall, everything gives a neglected impression.
The only positive aspect: After this stay, I appreciate other hostels much more. I would definitely not come back and unfortunately cannot recommend this accommodation.
