My stay was ruined by a severe bedbug infestation. I counted more than twenty itchy and infected bedbug bites across my body. I sent a message to the staff informing them about the problem, but they never responded. I stayed in room 110. This was an extremely uncomfortable and disgusting experience, and I have never seen anything similar at a hotel. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

One of the worst stays we've ever had. We couldn't sleep because of the heat in the room. The air conditioning didn't work, possibly because of the dirt it had on the air vents. Basic hygiene was missing. They provided two fans because they said it was normal for the room to be like this because the air system was like this. However, at the reception, in the area where it was being serviced, the coffee was very cold, with the optimal temperature. On top of everything, when we plugged the fans into the socket, it dropped the power in the room. More than frustrating experience. I sent an email with photos to the call center. Wait to see if we have any answer.

I wouldn't recommend it

I’ve travelled a lot and stayed in many hotels, and I’ve never before arrived at a room swarming with mosquitoes, with squashed mosquitoes from other guests all over the walls and ceilings… I find it rather unpleasant that they don’t carry out the necessary fumigation. The air conditioning didn’t cool the room, but you couldn’t open the window either because more mosquitoes would come in.
The rooms clearly lack maintenance.
The hotel is rather average for the price they charge, as it isn’t close to the city and doesn’t have quick access to public transport.

Absolutely terrible...

Having booked at the last minute, being in a hurry and close to our meeting place, I did not check the reviews for this hotel, what a mistake...!!!
In extreme heat, no air conditioning works... and the windows do not open... I felt like I was in prison...!!!
Okay, it's an Ibis "BUDGET" for sure... but we still hope to get some sleep...!!! There... impossible...!!!
One piece of advice... GO elsewhere... you will thank me...!!!
