Good hotel 15 minutes by car from Antwerp city center.
Good welcome from the staff.
The room is well soundproofed, the cleaning is well done, there are bathrobes, slippers.
The mini-fridge allows you to enjoy the drinks inside once per stay.
A water fountain and small pitchers are available on the ground floor to the left of the elevators.
The parking lot is free and large, there are plenty of spaces to park, and there are also electric charging stations.
Tip: charging at night costs half as much as during the day.
Pool with about fifteen lounge chairs available and deck chairs as well.
Soccer goals, a ping pong table, and picnic tables are also available in the garden.
We enjoyed 3 breakfasts and let's just say they were very different.
On the weekend there are a lot of people and everything is gone quickly.
It is very varied:
Pastries, bread, juices, a coffee-hot chocolate machine, salmon, cheese, cold cuts, and also made-to-order crepes.
There is also fruit for every taste, which is very appreciated.
Good stay out of 4 stays, I recommend this hotel 100%.
Very good base for visiting Antwerp and the region.

Erasing memories
Stayed two nights in June'26 (Thomas Cook Group). Prefer to erase memories of our stay here. Chipped plates, Absence of staff to assist guests during buffet breakfast, indifference attitude towards need of guests...... Sorry fellas... Truth needs to be told....To reform or ignore is your option.

Very good experience!!!
After reading the many reviews on TripAdvisor, we were a little worried before our stay. Several comments mentioned an unwelcoming reception, difficulties communicating in French, a lack of cleanliness, poor soundproofing of the rooms, or even an inconvenient location.
Our experience, however, was completely different. We stayed as two adults and a 5-year-old child, and we were very satisfied. The room was impeccable, clean, and comfortable. The reception staff spoke French without any problem and were very friendly and professional throughout our stay.
We encountered a few minor issues, but they were resolved immediately and very responsively, without the slightest difficulty.
We also appreciated the access to the pool until 10 p.m. during the two days of our stay, as well as the fitness room, which are real assets.
In summary, we had an excellent stay and our experience absolutely does not correspond to the many negative reviews we had read. We recommend this hotel without hesitation.

We were in one of the old rooms and it was warm so we kept the window open but there were so many mosquitos at night, the location is not very good either, industrial area and sometimes it stinks. Not clean, flies in the breakfast buffet.

Ok for a night
The hotel is absolutely fine if you just need a bed for the night. It was clean enough and staff at reception were polite and friendly. Now there are a few points were they fell incredibly short. First off the “kids area” is a joke and I would absolutely not classify it as a kid friendly hotel. The kids area is a box of discarded old toys and two kids chairs. The restaurant on site is overpriced but not as overpriced as the breakfast. Service at the restaurant is a bit slow and if you have other options for food I would consider it.
