Wonderful stay with my friend

We stayed for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, with fantastic views of the Castle of Bouillon and easy access for excursions in the area.
Our suite was clean, spacious, cosy, and beautifully warm. We especially loved the upstairs sitting area and the outdoor seating when the weather allowed. The room also featured both a shower and a bath, which was a lovely touch.
Breakfast was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. As we are both gluten-free, we were delighted by the delicious gluten-free buns — absolutely unforgettable.
We also enjoyed dinner on our final evening. Unlike larger hotel chains, there is only one menu available, but the owners genuinely went out of their way to accommodate our dietary needs. We thoroughly enjoyed the meal and appreciated the effort they made for us.
I can highly recommend this charming family-run hotel for its comfortable rooms, warm hospitality, delicious food, and welcoming dogs. If I ever return to Bouillon, I would happily stay here again.

Beautiful discovery

We stayed there 1 weekend with my spouse. Very nice place, quiet location. Our room was lovely decorated with care. Breakfast was great. The center of Bouillon is nearby, I recommend:)

Hygiene

Nice welcome, friendly service and extremely refined cuisine. Only in terms of hygiene, it was not worthy of the intended level. Room wasn't cleaned. Neither did our friends. I'm allergic and I slept really badly. For dinner I go back immediately. Staying overnight is a no go for us!

House of character

Beautiful place overlooking Bouillon with a view of the castle.
A building that has kept all its character and charm.
Large private parking
We had a large well-appointed room with a large terrace equipped with of furniture and a beautiful view of the garden and castle.
A very nice dining room.
Only one menu choice. Well presented local cuisine and good flavors
Wine list with choice and correct catches.
Very good breakfast well stocked.

Chaotic meal service

The Hotel is beautiful. The SPA is a great add on but the HotTub was luke warm. We were is a siperior room which was lovely. The meal on the first night was unremarkable.
It was a velentines Menu the second night and i'm afraid that the service was chaotic. There needed to be and extra pair of hands as the Restaurant was full. Looking around we were not the only diners that were a bit dissapointed.
