Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 40 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the credit card used for deposit or prepayment will required to be shown at the hotel at the time of check-in. If this requirement is not met, the prepayment will be cancelled and your full stay will be charged upon check-in. Debit and credit cards will be authorized upon check-in for the amount of your stay + an additional EUR 50 per night to cover potential incidentals.
