Positive experience with a few buts...

Central location, a few minutes' walk from the central station and the Grand Place. Subway on the corner. Clean accommodation, well-equipped with everything. Well-equipped kitchenette. The bathtub is not great (edges too high to get in and out).
In the morning, some kind of alarm wakes you up regularly at 6:00 AM, as do some workers in the gallery below.
It is also a shame about the presence of homeless people who camp right at the entrance day and night.

Great apartment close to metro and central Brussels. Clean comfortable bedding with friendly staff. Good facilities with additional options.

The studio apartment was very roomy and spacious and never felt claustrophobic as it had high ceilings.
Everything was clean and well maintained.
The only thing I would have preferred is free drinks from the coffee machine in the reception. When we stayed at the Adagio in Paris, there were unlimited free drinks from the machine, but here in Brussels the drinks were not free. At least, they had a free water machine where we could fill up our water bottle for the day.
Another good feature was the waffle making experience they laid on at the reception on Friday afternoon. The whole reception area was filled with the lovely sweet smell of the waffles being cooked.

A mixed bag

I have mixed feelings about this hotel! The location was good, a short walk to where most of our tours departed, shopping, eating, etc. the room was clean, the breakfast we paid for was pretty good, and the staff was kind. However I did find the bed really uncomfortable, and I think there was construction going on nearby which stayed at 7 am and was SO LOUD that it hindered my sleep.

A full working kitchen and air conditioning in a heatwave was excellent, especially as Carrefour local was opposite the hotel and metro adjoining it! The area itself has excellent restaurants for all palates.
