First Class Experience

Wonderful location, very nice rooms, and spectacular service. I made a specialty of forgetting things there. A shirt first which waited for my next stay cleaned and ironed, my phone then which was very graciously sent back to my home in France by Edmond who is a fantastic host. I make it my home when in Brussels and warmly recommend it.

Nice place in great location

Lovely room/ensuite in great location. Central to all, quiet yet in the thick of it all. Host was very pleasant and helpful.

Nice place and well located

Host Edmund, welcomed us very well, explaining the dynamics of the place, and proposing to remove doubts and indicate tours of our interest. The room was spacious, everything was organized and clean. Common area with good kitchen to make snacks, and in the company of the furry friends, 2 kittens who live on site. The location is very good, being about 12 minutes walk from the central station, and very close to the square and other sights such as Manneken Pis. Quiet place to sleep, our stay was very pleasant there, super recommended.

5 stars that would be worth 10!

Beautiful property, in the city center and a step away from all the main attractions. But the added value were definitely the welcome of the owner, his availability and courtesy. Very comfortable beds, spacious and spotless room, shared breakfast space with every comfort, quality bathroom amenities. Everything really perfect! Thank you dear Edmund. If we return to Brussels, we will definitely be your guests!

Great stay in

Clean and spacious room, warm and welcoming.
Edmond very nice, and available for anything.
Breakfast was not included, instead we found drinks and croissants.
The property is located in the center, convenient to move on foot.
Recommended.
