Great room in the center

Great hotel in the center! Large room, clean, comfortable beds and amazing views of the city

Downright nasty and bad

Poor hygiene, no clean linen, bathroom dirty. Shower worked poorly, sockets loose on table, no possibility to escape in case of fire (from the room)

TERRIBLE

terrible experience to absolutely avoid in the future and I do not recommend it to everyone! As soon as I arrived I found the toilet seat broken and the hair dryer not working: I immediately wrote to Centerstay to let them know that the objects were in that state before my arrival and if they could fix them but they responded polemically threatening me with rudeness that they would withhold the 200 euros of the deposit and that I had to pay. I replied that I had no intention of paying for things that I had not done. it's a scam! they make you find broken things in the apartment and then they take the money of the deposit blaming you who had nothing to do with it! I also pointed out that the sheets do not cover the bed because they are short. CENTERSTAY continued in a rude way and with polemical messages to say that I was the one who broke the toilet seat and the hair dryer and they even wanted to enter the room at night to collect the money! the door can't be locked from the inside so I was anxious all night with the fear of them breaking into my room! Also the walls between one room and another are made of plasterboard and you can hear everything: people making noise in the middle of the night, drunk and screaming. Also the bathroom has a mini sink so small that you can't even wash your hands. The double room was very small: luckily I was alone because if there were two of us we couldn't get through! terrible experience especially for the polemical tone. I preferred to give up half of the nights in that disgusting structure and pay for another hotel! a disgrace, a scam! even the towels, there were only 2, not enough for 5 days, and there were no towels to shower in! a disgrace! Oh: to get in, and they only tell you the day before, you also need a code for the door to the gallery that sometimes doesn't open. If you enter after 10pm you have to enter from another door in the gallery and if it doesn't open because the code doesn't work it's a problem, also you find the bums on the floor inside the gallery before the entrance where the rooms are! a disgrace! be careful because they scam you!

Nice but I don't choose it

It is an apartment so there is no reception to leave your luggage if you arrive early since check-in is at 3:00 p.m. It is in a pretty ugly gallery and its owner is not very friendly when answering messages. The apartment is nice and clean.
