An excellent hotel, rooms were really quiet with easy access to the city & the beautiful Parc du Cinquantenaire. Staff were very accommodating & helpful. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Overwhelming smell from the carpet on the corridor and in my room. Finger prints on handles. Air conditioning not very cool. Staff were polite and helpful.

Great location and genuinely caring staff
We really enjoyed the location of this hotel. Brussels Park is only about a five-minute walk away, and the hotel is close to the Royal Palace, the Federal Parliament, and several embassies. It is right in the heart of Brussels’ political and diplomatic district, with convenient transportation while still being in a quiet and peaceful area.
We did have one issue during our stay. On the first night, the room felt quite warm even with the air conditioning on, which made it difficult for us to sleep comfortably. However, the way the reception staff responded to our concern really impressed us. They listened carefully, showed genuine understanding, and personally accompanied us to an available room so that we could check the room conditions together and find a solution.
We were very touched by their sincere effort to understand our situation and help us. Their kindness and attentive service made a lasting impression on our family.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this hotel to families visiting Brussels.

Not the best experience.
This Courtyard was somewhat disappointing. First of all, they did not have the same benefits for a Platinum Elite member so we had to pay for the breakfast. This was not stated on the website nor advised prior to arrival. They only gave a EUR 10 credit per person which only went to offset slightly the relatively expensive breakfast. Had we known, we would have booked the room with breakfast and saved some money.
Location is also in a somewhat quiet and remote area with not much restaurants or shops close by, although it is not too far from the subway station. Also, we were told that our room was "upgraded" but it looked like any other room and was smaller than the room next to us. The Gym was also quite limited in size and equipment.
We did like the refillable water dispenser at the lobby. There's also free ice cream at the reception.

Good location close to the metro and in walking distance to the old town; very friendly and helpful staff; room was clean and well equipped
