We booked a family room and we were given two intercoonected rooms. Both rooms were massive with lots of space to keep our belongings. Easy access from train station and bus stop was 50 metrers away. residential neighbour hood that felt safe. 15 mins to Grand place by taxi. Staff was very helpful and polite and explained everything calmly. It was heatwave and airconditiong was life saver. room had everything from coffee making facilty to hair dryer. Bathroom seemed newly renovated and beds were comfortable.
A small improvement can be a smart tv where guest can connect their netflix/amazon prime especially when we are travelling with kids. But definitely 10/10.

The hotel isn't bad, but...

I stayed overnight on the tour. There was a tram track and a big road in front of the hotel, but the noise didn't bother me. It's a small hotel, and I think it has a capacity of about 100 people. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and well-cleaned. Breakfast was small but delicious. But there was only one coffee maker, so there was a line. There were also two periods of elevators, but when I took my suitcase with me, it was very crowded in front of the elevator because only about four people could use it. Because there were other groups that day, some people waited 15 minutes in a row for a packed house or were able to get down the stairs in the morning to use the elevator. After crossing the road in front of the hotel and going 300 meters to the left, there was a supermarket.

A genuine recommendation!

Great Hotel, as well for short trips! Comfortable furniture, bed, chairs, big bathroom with a bathtub!
The parking situation was not as planned, because you have to be there REALLY early to get a parking space, but then the personal was helpful and told us how to park next to the street!
Really recommended!

Nice grand hotel with character

Nice hotel. International flair. Rooms are large and clean. Bathroom is clean and modern. Good gym room. Breakfast was good, but for such a high class hotel the options were limited. Hotel staff was helpful. The location is a bit outside the city center if you deal with EU business

At check in we were told to wait since our room wasn’t ready, even though it was after 15:00. Soon others showed up and got checked in so finally at 15:30 we tried the counter again, this time with another employee and got the key card. So guess the first person forgot about us. I wonder how long we would’ve sat there if we didn’t go to the counter a second time… when we then got to the room an employee locked themselves into our room while we were unpacking . I assume he wasn’t aware we were there so maybe some misalignment among staff. He excused himself and left. The WiFi signal was horrible to be honest. It did not work what so ever. Other than that, it was great. Spacious and clean room, bed and pillows were comfortable .
