Avoid at all costs! BED BUGS

Bed bugs galore! Wouldn't refund me, spent the night walking the streets. Rooms were very dated and dusty. Rattly old lift that doesn't seem safe, so I opted for the stairs. It reminded me of the hotel in The Shining, a real house of horrors. Avoid at all costs!! I only booked as my coach back to England got cancelled last minute. Worst rated hotel in Brussels for good reason!

American Horror Story in Brussels

This is the most disturbing place I’ve ever been. Straight out of a horror movie. It is not a hotel, it is an extremely old hostel. There were homeless people in what they called a lobby. The lift was terrifying. We went to the room, opened the door, and immediately turned around and left. The place is filthy, full of bugs, smelled of cigarettes, and the front desk man was very unfriendly. I called the service that I booked it through, and told them that they need to remove it from their agency. I cant say enough negative things about this place. Stay away.

The hotel in "shining" would be better than the Manhattan

€97 per night with dust supplement and stabbing by a marginal resident under the influence of unidentified products.
Feeling bad in this hotel, everything is old and poorly maintained. We feel much more comfortable on the street in the rain than in this establishment.
It feels like a horror movie.
Like a mix of shining and sin city but more gloomy.
We ended up fleeing (without reimbursement) in the evening around 9:00 p.m. to another hotel.
RUN WHILE THERE'S STILL TIME!

THIS HOTEL MUST NOT EXIST !!

The most terrible place i have ever been, dirty everywhere , bugs everywhere . The elevator was a nightmare , staff not friendly . Breakfast was only bread salami and a small piece of chesse . Disscusting . OMG WHERE DID I GO. If you reserve for your vacations please do yourself a favour by canceling it and you will thank me later .

It was cheap, but...

It was a pretty harsh hotel - old, small, dirty.
The elevator was the old type with no inner door. I guess it was my first experience with this (lol)
The toilet lid was always off, and the back of the toilet was dirty.
There was no TV remote control.
However, from what I searched, it was relatively close to Brussels-North Station and cheap, so I used it.
However, I think that the most convenient place to stay is near the Grand Place for sightseeing and dining.
The front desk staff was nice, though.
