Good value

Good location. Great views. Room was large and well appointed. Reception could use a sign. Reception Desk appears to be part of the bar. Staff friendly. Bathroom and toilet grout needs fixing and cleaning. Other wise good.

Very clean room and comfortable. Great location, around the corner from a Metro station and short walks to the Grand Plaza, Museums and Central Train Station. Staff very helpful. Also very close to numerous restaurants, cafes, food bistros, etc. And lots of shopping nearby. Wonderful place to stay.

Excellent hotel. Located close to old town. Very comfortable beds. Good shower. Small swimming pool but enough for kids. Didn’t try food but would def stay again.

Great location

We had a lovely stay at Novotel Brussels. The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy, making it a great place to relax after a busy day exploring the city.
The breakfast was really good, and there was something for everyone in the family. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring Brussels and getting around easily.
We stayed with the kids, and they enjoyed it too. Overall, a great family-friendly hotel and a very comfortable stay. We would happily stay here again.

The room is clean, the hotel is quiet but in an excellent location and everything is walkable. I stay here every time I am in Brussels and love it!
