Comfortable and professionally run "home from home"

We had an extended stay in the Pegasus Expo Atomium aparthotel, longer than expected, but the apartment was always very comfortable and extremely well maintained. Always spotless, and good facilities in the complex (parking, washing/drying, wifi etc). Our 2 bed apartment was spacious and bright. It has all amenities provided for e.g. kitchenware, linen, towels, and is conveniently close to metro, trams, parks, the Atomium, and the European school. We found the management friendly and professional, and easy to deal with. Highly recommended!

Racist discrimination

When trying to book on another website for two colleagues visiting from Africa, I used my valid Amex. The hotel refused the booking, and when we called them to ask why, they said it was "because BLACK PEOPLE use stolen cards to make bookings". We filed a police complaint for this unacceptable discrimination based on the colour of skin.

Very Good

I went there recently and booked for almost 2 weeks. The studio was excellent, clean, big. The wifi was very good. I received what I asked for. No Airco tough, but many windows. Service was as expected and very professional. A place to come back for sure!

Not Business Minded

Booking the aparthotel I made a mistake in the dates and booked for 4 nights, instead of 9 nights. When I kindly requested the manager to change the booking and therefore change the rate (9 nights was more interesting than 4 nights), he send me folloqing answer:
"Als apparthotel verhuren wij onze eenheden op langere termijn. Hoe korter de periode, hoe hoger het tarief, ik begrijp niet waarom U dit woord “commercieel” aanhaalt.. U bent blijkbaar niet vertrouwt met het boeken van een apparthotel, bijgevolg denk ik dat het beter is dat U een alternatief boekt zoals U zelf voorstelt.

Roughly translated "you aparantly are not used to travel, so please book another hotel".
I travel one or two weeks per month for my job and this answer seemed really unpolite!
Apart from this very rude commentary, I could not check in after 20h, although my flight was only arriving at 19h00!? Another obstacle which I never experienced travelling!
This kind of service is very rude, unpolite and NOT DONE!! This is no way to treat your guests. I really can not recommend this aparthotel!

Nice place, as promised

The rooms are very comfortable. They look brand new, and all amenities advertized are present, brand new as well, and working perfectly.
Parking a car may be a bit difficult in the hotel street itself, but there are always parking spaces in the area.
I'll stay there again for sure, particularly for a long stay.
This is indeed a very nice place, but don't tell anybody, as (unfortunately) there are only 17 rooms :-)
