Fitness Center review
The Hotel is great. Breakfast is so good. I appreciate the refurbished rooms.
I am posting to show pictures of the fitness center so people can plan their workouts. It is often hard to find traveler photos of gyms.

Top-notch.
Very pleasant little weekend in the city center next to plenty of shops for a shopping session, very nice hotel with attentive and helpful staff, very good dinner and waitress (Alertte very professional), thank you for this stay to all the collaborators, I recommend the breakfast which is very varied and top-notch.

Definately a no!
Couldn't charge my drink at the bar due to GPay not being processed properly at check in. Restaurant/bar staff/bar manager not interested at fixing the issue with reception. I had to insist they made the senior receptionist/manager came to see me. No apology, no explanation about the error. Equally as bad as the other 2 - not customer focused, only interested in getting their 8 Euro through whatever means. Would not recommend this hotel and I certainly won't be staying there again!

Large, well appointed hotel. The room was clean and had everything we needed: minibar, safe, excellent shower, large comfortable bed, air conditioning. We swapped out daily cleans for vouchers for the bar and used these to buy cocktails one evening - which are ridiculously expensive (€35 for two!) but very nice. We didn’t eat in the hotel - there are plenty of nearby restaurants. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the Louise metro stop and a 15-20 minute walk into the town centre. So ideally located to get anywhere.

Great breakfast experience!
What a pleasant surprise to find in The Hotel a wonderful breakfast with lots of fresh dishes and super friendly staff! What a immense difference to the old outdated The Wiltcher's Steigenberger which is only a few minutes further down the road, but still living in the past and as mentioned earlier in one of my reviews, resting too long on their heydays! For 32 eur/pp it is a pleasant experience! Can only recommend it hightly - at least for the breakfast experience. Will try out their rooms at a later time.
