AVOID!!!
Seriously, flee this place. The place is disgusting (cobwebs, stains on the walls, limescale in the shower, moldy food leftovers in the fridge), the handrail of the stairs is not even fixed, I almost fell several times because of that, our room was like an open bar, the owner gave our door code to anyone (there were 2 residents who opened our room because the owner couldn't even give them their correct room). Oh yes, it's also a squat, everyone comes and goes from the residence like it's a revolving door, during one night we heard several people yelling on the ground floor (and I think they hadn't booked a room), the same goes for the "non-smoking" place, but that didn't stop one of the residents from polluting the floor with their smoke, the smell was awful, the owner was informed but it didn't seem like he resolved much. Several holes in our room and exposed electrical wires (everywhere in the residence, by the way), a neighborhood that is sketchy and disgusting (even talking to other Belgians, they all confirmed that we were staying in a bad neighborhood), the bathroom key disappears from one day to the next (had to use the one for the toilet). Owners completely ABSENT throughout the stay, yet my friend has the text message saying he would be present for our arrival (but received a message in the evening saying the owner would not come) and thankfully he didn't come, it would have escalated. No entry or exit inventory exists. Honestly, I do not recommend it at all.

Disastrous Stay: Unhygienic Room, Broken Bed, and Unreliable Wi-Fi
The room I was given was in a terrible condition, and it was clear that no effort was made to make it clean and pleasant for guests.
Firstly, the bed sheets were dirty and clearly used before my arrival. The garbage was inside the room's trash bin, and it was impossible to get a good night's sleep. To make matters worse, the bed was also broken, adding to the discomfort and making it nearly impossible to rest properly.
Additionally, the bathroom and toilet were dirty and neglected. There was trash in the waste bin, making the situation even worse.
To make matters worse, there was a loud party during the night that disturbed our sleep. It was very inconsiderate and made the whole experience unpleasant.
Moreover, I found it inappropriate that the key to our room was the same as the key used for other doors, such as the bathroom and toilet. This made me feel unsafe and worried about the security of my belongings.
Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was highly unreliable, frequently disconnecting my phone, forcing me to use expensive roaming data.
In conclusion, my stay was far from satisfactory, and I am very disappointed. I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed I am. I had hoped for a clean, quiet, and secure place to rest, but instead, I was met with unhygienic conditions, noise disruptions, and a concerning security setup.
As it stands, I cannot recommend this place to others, and I would suggest looking for a cleaner and more peaceful place to stay.

Entre le lit cassé,les draps déjà utilisés,l hôte qui se trompe de chambre à la réservation(mais au final la petite dame qui est entrée dans notre chambre à minuit n aurait pas eu de chance non plus)la TV ne fonctionne pas,la salle de bain n est pas clean,et la bouilloire fait sauter le jus de tout l immeuble…vaut mieux choisir un formule 1 au moins vous aurez des draps propres..:
