Luxury and gastronomic pleasures
The restaurant is level. Signature dishes, nothing but fresh produce made to order by the chef and his colleagues, Saint Jacques, sweetbread, game; an open kitchen allows to see the Brigade work, and it is a well-oiled ballet. Dishes come out as you go, the restaurant service smiling, is efficient and everything is done to make sure you have a great time. For lovers of precious liquids, there is a big menu of friendly and known beverages, others less, at a substantial price, but not delirious either. We are in an upscale establishment and a bottle of rosé champagne at 85€ (very good by the way), there is nothing to be shocked about. Just a little constructive criticism, a much more extensive choice of half bottles would be wise I think.
In conclusion, I was very satisfied with this getaway at CC Nomie where time passed far too quickly. Anyway, I will find an opportunity to come back to it one day!

My wife and I had a great time the same for the restaurant. Nothing to say. We also made the walk of the “cascades” and others around...
What a beautiful place, quiet ... and all the staff (at the restaurant and hotel especially Dimitri who is very caring and very friendly)
Nice notes to the bosses who are very friendly and attentive!
