Good location, on the inner ring road, but very quiet. Staff were very helpful and always available, unlike so many chain hotels who disappear after the peak times of booking in and out.
Everything worked in the room and the breakfast was excellent, lots of choice.
Loads of busses about 70 yards away to the train and bus station.
Just right - having never been to Hasselt before we are already thinking about returning.

Did not know Holiday Inn Express, were pleasantly surprised and will use this chain more. Very friendly welcome, neat room and bathroom, necessities provided. Good Wifi, very spacious beds.

Basic but fine
Together with my daughter (10) a night Hasselt as a stopover towards the sea.
It was a while hassle with the right hotel and parking but this worked out fine.
Watching Netflix ultimately only succeeded via screen streaming.
Beds where reasonable, room just basic and tidy. Breakfast fine.
