Super tasty breakfast formula with the perfect hostess!

The morning with 2 people for breakfast.
Very complete and tasty breakfast buffet with local products.
Cozy orangery with classy furniture and refined tableware.
Super friendly, attentive hostess!
Ideal as a start and base for visiting the Sunday market in Heist ODB.
It's worth repeating!

Very bad rooms

The hotel looks nice. Checking in a little unclear. In doing so, you discover what the intention is. Initially with a ‘digital’ room key. But what if your phone's dead? Then it turns out there are tickets. And also cards with a code. It turns out to be for the night lock. No explanation.... In our room a large lamp hung loose above our bed (now reading back on Booking: for at least two years) that seemed unsafe to us. We got a new room (were very friendly spoken to) However, this turned out to be ample smoking. We literally stepped up against a wall of tobacco. Another room. No more bathing, but we let that go. Were really happy to be helped well. Here, however, the whole shower appeared to hang loose and literally fall apart. Showering can only be done by ‘hand’. A complaint about this was not upheld. Not that we necessarily wanted another room and to carry our stuff again but we deliberately booked a cozy romantic hotel to be there a lot.
Breakfast was fine, the lady who works there is very sweet. We are going to enjoy Brussels and Antwerp but this hotel: definitely not worth the money unfortunately!

Never More there are better B&B for that price

One night at B&B....
RECEPTION:
-obviously? pay for a parking space at the front door...
-start by searching for a code at the bell to open the door...
-reception? in the hallway by a computer and pull out your plan, no staff present...
THE ROOM:
-luxury? room...
-freezing cold...
- very thin summer duvet on the bed? No other blankets available?
-TV yes, on the right side of the bed
-so requested another room by phone, yes please bring your duvet...
BREAKFAST:
A very basic breakfast
-we did not immediately see the empty jars for the breakfast fruit...
So just asked the lady of the B&B, answer: "see, it's right there in front of you..."
OK, got it, never again.
Far too expensive for what it was!

Disappointed

We stayed there for 1 night. We were sent a digital key via email. Checked in via the tablet at the reception desk. Stairs up, stairs down and stairs up again until we got to our room. We didn't mind, but it was cold in the room. The walls, the bedding. Freezing cold. Heating wide open. Halfway through the night it was a bit more pleasant.
TV doesn't hang very handy. You have to lie on your side to watch. While between the door of the bathroom and the entrance door of the room there is a large piece of wall blank. He could have been hanging there and you could see clearly from the bed.
There was also no toilet brush at the toilet, so excuse ladies from the cleaning if you found a little bit of a dirty toilet.
For the money you pay I really didn't think it was worth 5 points.
Besides, we didn't have breakfast there.

Definitely recommended to go for breakfast!

We went for breakfast with the whole family today and were very warmly received. The service was very friendly and the buffet offered something for everyone. We had a birthday girl in our company, who was pampered extra — a very nice attention! We will definitely be back here.
